What excites you most about the work you’re doing at your company today?

What I most enjoy about my work is the possibility to work with amazing people, both Cevian colleagues as well as boards and management teams of our target companies. I have been with Cevian for 15 years now, but I continue to learn every day from these professionals, and I hope I can continue to do it for the coming 15 years as well.

What type of leaders do you value most in today’s world of work—and why?

I value leaders with a growth mindset, people who can flexibly change as times change, because things will change. Leaders who are tireless executors, raising the clock speed of the entire organization.

If you could go back in time and give the "younger you" some advice, what would you say?

Don’t spend too much time worrying about the future and trying to perfect a strategy. It is the execution that counts in the end. Better to get the strategy 80% correct and start to execute; one can always course correct later. When everything is said and done, more needs to be done than said.
